This is to certify that Ms Jerry Ho was employed with us as IT manager in the IT department, from February 15, 2008 to February 15, 2010.

As a IT manager few of her responsibilities are:

1. Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
2. Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
3. Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
4. Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
5. Oversee the development and implementation of all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
6. Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcing, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
7. Plan, coordinate and direct IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the department.
8. Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
9. Direct research into potential technology solutions in alignment with business needs.
10. Collaborate with decision makers in other departments, program managers and project managers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, secure and support cost-effective technology solutions.
11. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
12. Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
13. Define and implement departmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
14. Lead department operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
