This is to certify that Ms Jerry Ho was employed with us as Purchasing manager in the Purchasing department, from February 15, 2008 to February 15, 2010.

As a Purchasing manager few of her responsibilities are:
1. Sets the standard for ethical business practices within the Purchasing Department.
2. Follow-up on quality issues regarding purchased products and services.
3. Ensure products and services purchased are in compliance with safety and environmental and affirmative action policies.
4. Prepares contracts to support long-term purchasing and production goals.
5. Maintains proper TS and ISO documentation to satisfy the requirements of quality standards regarding controlled vendors.
6. Contact vendors for the purpose of placing orders, expediting material, and following up on overdue orders.
7. Prepares bid packages and contacts proposed suppliers with requests for quotes.
8. Evaluate bids, proposals and vendor quotes to determine the most desirable and cost-effective options.
9. Forges vendor alliances and long-term supplier-partner relationships.
